Alani

One of the best representatives of Armenian sweets cuisine, alani is made with dried peach and stuffed with nuts, cinnamon and sugar. It is then put on a string and hung until it becomes dry enough to eat. The soft mixture of nuts and cinnamon give alani unforgettable taste and make you eat more and more of it.
