By registering you assure that the information provided during registration or after are accurate and complete.

We ensure secure and on time delivery of products. Our qualified and trained staff will arrange the delivery of products right to your door with special refrigerated cars that will keep the products fresh and safe.
Delivery will be arranged during two working days, delivery fee is 500 AMD. There will be free delivery for purchases that cost more than 10,000 AMD.
Some products that are sold in kilograms can have fluctuations in the weight that you wanted in the 15% of the ordered product.
Payment can be completed online-by card or you can pay during the delivery.

If you notice quality-issues during the delivery of the product according to the “Law of RA On the Protection of Consumers’ Rights” you can exchange it and get another one or you can return it. Otherwise, when returning the product you should pay delivery fee.

• You accept and agree that all databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws, international copyright laws, international conventions and the Legislation of RA.

Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose whatsoever, without our express prior written permission.

The order you place in foodfactory.am is your offer to the company to buy their products and get them via delivery. The offer is accepted when you receive a letter via e-mail that confirms your order and indicates all the details of it. The letter is a contract between you and the company. Once you have your products delivered and check their quality, the products are yours and the company does not have any responsibility concerning its quality and entirety.
